Portraits of Friends and Influencers
This series of portraits of my friends and people who have influenced my life were all taken spontaneously, even those where I turned up with my Rolleiflex with the intention of making photographs of them. This approach fits my style of photography with myself reacting to what I see and letting the subject take the portrait.
Barnaby Hall.
A highly talented photographer and a best buddy since we met in New York many moons ago under auspicious circumstances. Passed away in 2019 and is missed by many. Photographed in December 2016.
